MintyTraders ("we," "us," "our") provides automated trading signal software, AI-powered analytics, and educational content related to futures trading. We are a software and education company — not a broker, financial advisor, investment firm, or registered investment advisor (RIA).
Our services include access to automated signal bots, a live trading dashboard, market analysis tools, and optional mentorship programs. All trading activity is conducted by the subscriber using their own brokerage account at their own discretion.

Service availability may vary. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice to subscribers.
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis on your original purchase date. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on file each billing cycle.
MintyTraders provides software tools and educational content only. Nothing communicated through our platform, signals, dashboard, or team constitutes financial advice, investment advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security or futures contract.
You are solely responsible for your own trading decisions. We strongly recommend consulting a licensed financial professional before trading with real capital.
Trading futures and other leveraged financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not appropriate for all investors. You may lose more than your initial investment.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MintyTraders and its team members shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, file a fraudulent chargeback, engage in abusive behavior, or attempt to redistribute our software. In cases of termination for cause, no refund will be issued for any remaining subscription period.
Before filing any formal claim, please contact us at support@mintytraders.com and give us 14 days to resolve the issue informally.
Binding Arbitration: If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, both parties agree to resolve it through binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), rather than through court proceedings. You waive your right to a jury trial and to participate in any class action lawsuit.
Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. For material changes, we will provide at least 14 days notice to active subscribers via email.
