Cancellation & Refund Policy
Last Updated: May 19, 2026 · Effective immediately for all new and existing subscribers.
1. Monthly Subscription — Cancellation
You may cancel your MintyTraders subscription at any time with no penalties or cancellation fees.
- Cancel before your next billing date and you will not be charged again
- Access continues until the end of your current paid billing period
- Account data and trade history retained for 90 days after cancellation
- No minimum commitment period — month-to-month
📌 To cancel, email support@mintytraders.com or message us on Telegram. We process all cancellations within 1 business day and confirm by email.
2. Monthly Subscription — Refunds
Monthly subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has begun and access has been granted. The following exceptions apply:
48-Hour New Subscriber Window Eligible
- First-time subscribers may request a full refund within 48 hours of their initial payment, provided no signals have been delivered or acted upon. Granted at our discretion.
Service Outage Credit Eligible
- If our service experiences a documented outage of more than 72 continuous hours, you may request a prorated credit for the affected period.
Standard Monthly Charges Not Eligible
- Refunds are not issued for billing periods where service was accessible and active, regardless of whether you personally used the service
- Refunds are not issued because signals resulted in trading losses
- Requests made more than 30 days after the charge are not eligible
3. Setup & Onboarding Fee
The one-time setup fee covers technical onboarding, account configuration, broker API integration, and initial support.
Non-Refundable After Onboarding
- Once your accounts have been successfully connected and live trading has begun, the setup fee is non-refundable
Full Refund Eligible
- If we are unable to successfully onboard your account within 7 business days of payment, through no fault of your own, you are entitled to a full refund of the setup fee
Partial Refund Case by Case
- May be considered at our discretion for incomplete onboarding due to verified broker compatibility issues outside your control
4. Mentorship Program
Full Refund Eligible
- Cancel within 48 hours of purchase and no sessions or digital materials have been accessed
Non-Refundable After Access
- Once program access has been granted or any session has taken place, no refund will be issued
- Refunds are not issued for dissatisfaction with trading outcomes or results
Deferral Option Available
- Your enrollment can be paused for up to 60 days at no charge upon written request
5. Non-Refundable Situations
The following are never eligible for refunds under any circumstances:
- Trading losses incurred while using MintyTraders signals or automation
- Losses resulting from broker-side execution issues, slippage, or platform outages
- Fees already paid for months where the service was active and accessible
- Setup fees after your accounts have been successfully onboarded
- Refund requests submitted more than 30 days after the charge date
- Dissatisfaction with trading results or signal accuracy

6. Dispute & Chargeback Process
If you believe you've been charged in error, please contact us before filing a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We resolve billing disputes quickly and fairly.
- Contact us within 30 days of the charge for fastest resolution
- Provide your account email and a clear description of the issue
- We aim to respond within 1 business day
Filing a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in immediate account suspension and may be considered a breach of our Terms of Service. We take fraudulent chargebacks seriously and will contest them with full documentation.
7. How to Request a Refund
To submit a refund request:
- Email support@mintytraders.com with subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Email]"
- Include your account email, the charge date, amount, and reason for the request
- We will respond within 1 business day
- Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment method
